When I run the Firmware update tool or the I-FAX install tool, the "Program failed to run" message appears on my PCscreen. Toner Low or Prepare New Toner Cartridge. The error message "No Supported Devices Found" appears on the Brother iPrint&Scan screen (mobile device). The error message "No machine found" appears when I installed drivers with USB connection (For Windows). ".NET Framework Initialization Error") appear on my PC (Windows XP), when I install the driver. Paper is Jammed in the Back of the Machine. I try to configure "Common Name" using the IP address but cannot access the Print Server in Safari with SSL after Icreated a CSR or a Self-signed Certificate (macOS). I still receive the error message "Replace Drum", "Drum End Soon" or "Drum Stop" after Ireplace the drum unit with a new one. I just replaced the toner cartridge and the LCD continues to display the message "Toner Low" / "Replace Toner"/ "Toner Ended" or the Toner LED is still on or flashing. I cannot scan via network getting the error "CC031" or "MTW012".
